International Council of Hypnotherapy Examiners
The International Council of Hypnotherapy Examiners (ICHE) was established to act as a genuinely world-wide organization with the primary function of the promotion of the study and practice of hypnotherapy. The ICHE also oversees standards of training in hypnotherapy of a minimum 200 hours of classroom teaching exclusively devoted to hypnotherapy, maintains a register of schools meeting the agreed teaching standards and provides certification to professional Hypnotherapists who meet the ICHE’s standards of practice.

Supported in its inception by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, the ICHE has developed into a world-wide organization with organizational members and individual certificants in many countries, including the USA, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Italy, Australia. New Zealand, Republic of China (Shanghai and Hong Kong), Iran, and South Africa. The ICHE is active in promoting the free and open practice of hypnotherapy in many parts of the world.
